Back at home it was fun having friends over to swim and enjoy the backyard!

After camp we visited with the Williams family before heading back to Fort Worth.

Another great summer at Sky Ranch.  Barrow was in Pistol Pete - Morph.  He won the Seeker award because he was always interested in better understanding his faith.

This year, they felt on their own to Fort Worth. Mimi and Dick Daddy picked them up and took them to Sky Ranch the next day.

4-H County Contest.  Everyone participated in impromptu speaking.  Barrow did his speech on what he had learned about in 4H.  He spoke almost 3 minutes (almost going over the limit!)

Barrow received the award, "history in the making," as he is always full of historical facts!

Last day of 5th grade...they celebrated with a pool party at Lowell's home.

As always, Barrow had a great time.  His counselors noted how he was very good at bringing everyone together to work as a team at different activities.

We have now hiked to the top of 2 states!

Barrow was the first to sign the book.

We made it to the peak about 1pm.

It was hot in the sun, so we rested when we found shade.

We started about 9am on the 8.4 mile round trip hike.

Barrow scaled the rock wall easily at Williams 12th birthday party!
